Joan Ruddock to deliver keynote speech at Energy & Environment conference

The Ten Alps Energy & Environment 2010 conference, taking place on 30th March 2010 at the Business Design Centre in London, provides the last opportunity for those tasked with complying with the CRC scheme to hear how it will be introduced and how their organisations will be affected, direct from one of the scheme architects.

In addition to providing further information on the CRC scheme, this well established conference will debate the importance of developing a low carbon economy and alongside Joan Ruddock, speeches will be given by: Sir Richard Leese, Leader of Manchester City Council Sir Richard attended Copenhagen to launch Manchester’s ambitious carbon reduction scheme “Manchester’s Climate Change Plan” which aims to reduce emissions by 41% before 2020.  

Robert Napier, Chairman of the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) The HCA is just one of the agencies that is tasked in making DECC’s Low Carbon Transition Plan a reality.
